每天只要不小心看到新聞，就覺得心裡很難過。我要照顧小鱸魚，沒辦法出力，只好捐了一點小錢，希望可以幫助災區的民眾。

不過上星期看到一則新聞，卻讓我氣得睡不著。在此記錄對話全文，一方面要讓我自己記住這些人的言行，另一方面是免得被人說是我斷章取義。

                This is the first time in many years
      　  　That is why...They were not fully prepared...
     　   　If they were.They should have been evacuated much earlier
     　   　Just because they stayed where they live.
     　   　And...but...You see...
     　   　They didn't realize how serious the disaster was...

我真的很不懂，一個預報上看起來根本不算嚴重的颱風，你要怪災民沒有好好準備？有時間講這些五四三，不如好好去思考如何指揮政府相關系統有效地進行救災相關工作！
